From: Maia Mikhaluk in Kyiv (631st day): Yesterday ruzzian missiles attacked Selidovo, a town in Donetsk region close to the front lines where Nick’s brother Sergei lives. One of those missiles hit a multistoried residential building, killing at least 3 people and injuring many. This was very close to the building where Nick grew up when he lived in Selidovo. Sergei lives now in a different part of town and was safe.
This happens every day in different parts of Ukraine at various times during the day and night. Last night ruzzians launched 18 drones and 1 missile; the air raid was lighting up the whole of Ukraine once again. Air raids are daily again now, at least once a day, sometimes 3-4. When it’s drones or even when ruzzian military planes take off and there is a danger of missile strike, the air raid can last three hours. Stores, banks, post offices close, kids in schools go to bomb shelters and parents can’t pick them up until the air raid warning is off.

Heavenly Father, I cry out to you! Bare your Mighty Arm against the enemy! Let them NOT prevail!

From Maia Mikhaluk in Kyiv (The 85th night of the war is coming):
I don’t want to write about war. Continuing the theme of Vyshyvanka day, let me show you some more outward expressions of our culture.

Psalm 67
1 God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.
2 That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
3 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously
