Ten years ago today was one of the bloodiest days of the Revolution of Dignity. The corrupt president of Ukraine followed the Kremlin’s advice, and the special police forces, along with the snipers, started shooting the protesters in downtown Kyiv. Those were scary days, and we didn’t know it was just the beginning. Today, we remember the Heavenly Hundred, the first victims of this war killed in the main square of Kyiv.
Our days are filled with dreadsome news.
Several days ago, Russian soldiers killed six unarmed captive Ukrainians in Avdiivka. Today, they executed two more unarmed captives. The videos of these executions go viral in Russia, and unfortunately, there are many more stories like that.
European countries are seriously discussing the possibility of Russia invading a NATO state in 5-8 years.
Russia is researching the possibility of sending nuclear weapons into space. The US Intelligence is worried they may plan to disrupt satellite activity in space.
If I read these reports ten years ago, I would’ve said a crazy person came up with this nonsense, yet this is the world we live in.
The spark of hope came today with the Ukrainian “20 Days in Mariupol” winning the BAFTA award for the best documentary. The world needs to know the truth.
