Lies and deceit are among Russia’s tools of terror. Today, one of their “officials” said that Ukraine was going to blow up two dams on the Dnipro River and blame it on Russia. Of course, this claim is ridiculous, but its intentions go deeper than it may look at first glance. In the past, Russia would accuse Ukraine of something they planned to do, which means that this lie would cause some people to start worrying about the possibility of Russia destroying those dams. The truth is that no missile can actually destroy the dams. Yes, they may damage them, but not destroy them. In the case of Kakhovka damb, the explosives were planted inside the hydropower station underwater facilities as the Russians mined everything ahead of time. So, with this ridiculous statement, they are blackmailing the world and terrorizing us with their impossible threats.
That’s the hybrid war the whole world is part of, whether they know it or not.
