During the night Ukraine was attacked by 167 ruzzian drones and a good amount of ruzzian propaganda lies transmitted by the President of the USA. Our air defense has shot down 106 drones and I know it was hard. Refuting the obvious lies is actually much easier though I am sure there will be people who will believe and repeat those lies.

• President Trump once again said that Ukraine shouldn’t have started the war. Could someone, please, inform the President that Ukraine didn’t start this war, ruzzia attacked us? Ruzzia started this war in 2014 with the annexation of Crimea and military action in the east of Ukraine. The war continued during Trump’s first term in 2017-2021. Putin emboldened by appeasement strategies of the West came for more with full-scale invasion of Ukraine in Feb 2022.
• Trump says, “Ukraine had three years to end this war and they didn’t”. Apparently we should have just given in quietly, lost our independence and allowed the genocide of Ukrainians as we have seen in all occupied territories. Instead, we have been fighting for three years with out hands tied behind our back – our Western partners not allowing us to hit military targets on ruzzian territory and still we have exhausted ruzzian army to the point that everybody agrees that we are at a stalemate.
• Trumps says, “Ruzzia can destroy any city in Ukraine, including Kyiv, if they wanted to.” If they could they absolutely would, but they can’t! Putin promised to take over Ukraine in 3 days! He must have not done it because he decided that he didn’t want to? Was it putin’s plan all along to lose 862000 of his troops and bring inflation in ruzzia to double digits? Or is Trump admitting that ruzzia is stronger than Ukraine with our Western allies (including the USA)? Really?
• Trump says “Zelensky is not a legitimate President. His rating is 4%” – Trump repeats what putin told him without any proof – putin who has been a “legitimate” president” since 1999! Putin through Trump now demands Ukraine to hold elections. How is Ukarine supposed to have elections amidst drone and missile attacks, with 8 million refugees abroad, 20% of our territory under ruzzian occupation, millions of internally displaced and thousands of military on the front lines?! Is putin going to oversee elections on occupied territories? Putin wants elections in Ukraine to create a mess and whatever putin wants will be delivered! By the way, Zelensky’s approval rating is 57% in Feb this year. I checked out of curiosity – Trump’s approval rating is 47%.
• Trump continues to claim that USA gave over 300 billion in help and nobody knows where the funds are. Is there any proof to his words? The amount of help given to Ukraine is well known and anybody who wants to really know can find out. Even though USA made a commitment to protect Ukraine when we gave up nuclear weapons, Ukraine is willing to give 500 billion worth of rare mineral to the USA in exchange for real security guarantees, but the “partnership” proposal that Minister of Finance brought to Ukraine offers no security guarantees, only economic demands that go beyond rare minerals.

The question we all are wondering about is why Trump is saying all these things, all these obvious lies. Is it because of forgetfulness? Sure, it’s been 11 years since ruzzia attacked Ukraine and 3 years since the beginning of full-scale invasion! Maybe he just forgot how it all started and the thousands of crimes against humanity that putin and his army committed. Or maybe Trump is uninformed or misinformed? Or does he owe something to putin and deliver the debt? Frankly, we were hoping that Ukraine would not be just delivered to putin on a silver platter because Trump’s pride and ego would suffer from that. So why would Trump who prides himself as a tough negotiator, cater to all putin’s demands so eagerly? Did anyone ever hear Trump criticizing putin for the aggression against Ukraine? To justify this obviously weak position, the new narrative is that Ukraine is to be blamed for the war; it’s Ukrainians who are the bad guys.
