We don’t have a problem concluding that a person is a career criminal when they have a long rap sheet. Only the fool would then entrust that criminal with their finances or make him a partner in a business deal. What is clear in the U.S., (a career criminal will not change) gets clouded when assessing Russia. People project on Russia a virtue or values that have never existed to date. The sooner we all read the Russian rap sheet and expect them to be consistent with this behavior then we can all in reality. Only then we can help stop the evil rather than make excuses for it.
